Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid transcription minute packs purchased on ZhuZheng. It does not apply to the daily free allowance, which is granted at no charge and is not refundable or convertible to cash.

Unused minutes

If you have purchased minutes that have not been used, you may request a refund for the unused portion. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, normally within 5–10 business days.

To request a refund, sign in and open a support ticket with the order reference. We will verify the unused balance on your account before processing.

Used or expired minutes

Minutes that have been consumed are not refundable. Minutes that have expired (90 days after purchase, unless stated otherwise at checkout) are also not refundable.

Failed tasks

If a transcription task fails or is deleted before processing, the minutes reserved for that task are returned to your account automatically. This is not a cash refund; the minutes remain usable until your pack expires.

Charge disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 60 days of the charge date through a support ticket. We will investigate and, if the charge was an error, refund it in full.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date on this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced through an in-service notice where appropriate.
